Introduction

Total body mobility is a wholistic guide to work on your entire muscular and fascial chain to strengthen your muscles, and introduce some length in them for a greater range of motion.

The entire program is divided into five workouts -

You can choose to perform the routine continuously in a week, or also perform them on alternate days across 10 days.

These exercises can also be made easier or harder, depending on where you are starting, by making slight changes that have been described in the tutorial below.
